Partner Servics Representative (Temporary)

CDuties include processing partner mail, responding to advertising, processing gift receipts, answering partner phone calls and circulating partner prayer requests. Individual will also work with Database Coordinator to insure accuracy of database, maintain daily reports for management and perform monthly reconciliation functions.

Requirements include high school diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Database experience, particularly Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge preferred. Please submit all resumes to HR@OneHope.net.                

Warehouse and Facility Coordinator

Experienced Warehouse and Facility Coordinator needed. Individual will be responsible for the shipping and handling of incoming/outgoing packages, routine mailing and maintaining accurate inventory. Facility responsibilities will include room set ups, maintenance and repair as required, analyze and troubleshoot issues related to facility and communicate with the facilities manager as appropriate.

Requirements include high school diploma, two years experience as a warehouse coordinator or 4 years as a warehouse worker. Good Communications skills required, individual must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. Please submit all resumes to HR@OneHope.net.

Accountant

Incumbent should have experience working with multiple legal entities. The ideal candidate is responsible, thorough, a self-starter, able to research issues and present findings and recommended solutions, strong in computer skills, able to work independently, catches on quickly to new systems, experienced in intercompany reconciliations and challenging bank reconciliations.
